Professional Training The comprehensive training includes a week of professional training. The training program includes business start—up, overview and history of care management services, training for the care mangers and detailed marketing and sales training to help grow your business from referrals. No Long-Term Commitment If we do not provide you with the support and experience you expect, you can simply give a 30 day notice to cease your membership status. We provide this type of structure because we are completely confident the amount of training, support and materials NSP Network provides it’s members is worth more than the small monthly membership fee you pay. No Royalties Next Stage Planning does not charge royalties or any fees based on your earnings. We do not believe in penalizing those offices which produce high volumes. Instead, the membership fee is a flat monthly rate no matter how large your revenues and profits. No Experience? No Problem! Our turnkey approach is designed to assist anyone with a good business sense and a desire to help seniors. You do not need to know about Care Management or be a nurse or social worker. Having experience in the industry is great, but not necessary. We will teach you how to hire for the skills you do not currently possess whether that is the marketing, care management or office management. Ownership of Your Business Unlike franchises, you will build your care management business under your own name. This is a membership with all the benefits of a franchise, but without the contracts and road blocks associated with them. You can build your care management business as a stand-alone operation or combine it with another senior-related business. Next Stage Planning does not own your clients or monitor your revenues. All membership obligations are clearly outlined in the membership agreement. Non-Competition As a member of The Network, you will be guaranteed no other NSP member will be providing services in your oversized territory. On-Going Development of Materials and Programs As a member of the network, you will have access to all newly created and updated materials. Such materials could include licenses materials, advertising campaigns, software upgrades, specialized services, etc. Networking Benefits One of the biggest benefits of our membership is the friends and colleagues you will meet along the way. As our network grows, so does your opportunity to learn from other owners providing the same services as you during our annual events or training seminars. On-Going Support Unlimited support from Next Stage Planning’s staff is available for all network members. Members are also invited to participate in monthly, quarterly or annual training and conferences to stay connected with new developments and to share experiences with other members throughout the United States.
